PA Dove hunting
We live in NY (no dove hunting) and want to go to PA for a dove trip. It would be much easier to hire a guide for at least our first trip, but I can't find dove guides anywhere through web search. Has anyone used a guide for dove in PA?
Thanks,
Todd

You would be better served to go down south where they have guides and leased fields that are manipulated for dove hunting. I have never heard of guided dove hunts in PA and I have lived here for 76 years.

Ohio has some designated dove fields on state land.
Perhaps PA does as well?
I don't think a guide will be necessary.
Lots of farms in PA as well.
Take a ride and knock on doors. Make sure you clean up well after yourself

What's the dove season like in Ohio? What is the bag limit and what might an out of state permit cost. I'm kind of interested, Ohio isn't a that far of a drive from here. Closer then when I head up north. The form 6 to cross the border would probably be the toughest part.
