Actually Phil , you are wrong on the Deer Season requirement . You need to wear 2 articles of hunter orange during deer season . One which must be a solid orange had that can be seen from 360 degrees. The other orange must cover your torso and must be at least 50 percent hunter orange. So the camo/orange vests like Gamehide are legal. That is the one I use and love it . Here is the link to the Maine regs on Hunter Orange Requirements . You are right about Moose Season. You only need one article required , but it has to be solid orange . You can wear just an orange hat or a vest. But it has to be solid orange for Moose season. If Moose season overlaps into deer season then you must wear 2 articles even if you are hunting moose.

This is the vest I use from GameHide . Pockets everywhere on this model. Best vest I ever used.
Even has a fleece lined kangaroo pouch to slide your hands to keep warm when sitting on stand .

I can't get your link to work SNH. could you tell me the specific model of that vest? I've been looking to replace mine. I use my vest mostly in place of a backpack. So pockets are good.
