Hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with dove decoys. I bought 3 Flambeau decoys from the local Sporting Goods store today. Do they work? If so, are they efficient on public land. The public land that I hunt on has hardly any people there. I have not seen another person all season. Thanks!

They do work and in all situations if used properly. Make sure to get them high so the birds can see them. They do no good close to the ground. I have had some success with my home made dekes.

Dove decoys work. Put them in a dead tree. Get a half dozen more, and if hunting by a water hole, a couple or three on the edge of the pond will help.
