Default ACL injury to bird dog

Question to all Upland hunter's. I just got word this morning that my pointer, tore his ACL. The dog is very good in the upland, six years old. So my question is...would you folks spend the $700 to have the surgery done?

I would do it in a second. No brainer. My dog's my buddy. Just think of all the birds they've gotten for you over the years. All the briars and thickets they've traversed to get thatwounded bird. So, let's say you put enough money as the amount of effort she put infinding birds for you. If she puts in 100% then put up 100% of the money. If 50% then pay 50%. Simple.
