our youth hunt is this sat. tonight my dads friend called me and wondered if i could go w/ him and his grandson on his first hunt. he needs me to do the calling .. well that made my day i wanted to do that and didnt have any kids to take.. now the thing is we are going to be hunting some private farmland. and my dads friend has some health issues and he cant walk far at all so we will be pretty much parking the truck really close to where we will be hunting.. from what i gathered from him, he said the birds are roosting about 100 to 150 yards away from where the truck will be. my question is how much will that screw us up, driving right on top of the birds.. when i hunt i walk a few miles to where im hunting so this is all new to me being able to drive to where im going. oh this is in PA and we can only hunt till noon.

If the birds are roosting there, they will be use to seeing cars, I would just get in early and sit quiet, not to close.
