First you need to know the weight in lbs and oz. Then measure the spurs. Spurs must be measured along the outside center, from the point at which the spur protrudes from the scaled leg skin to the tip of the spur. Convert the spur length to decimal form, add the two spur lengths together and multiply by 10. Then measure the beard and multiply by 2. Then add the weight + the spur score + the beard score = total score. If you need more help go to this site.
