Primos Cuttin Striker
Has anyone used the Primos Cuttin Striker and is it worth the 15.00 with shipping.?
Does anyone have any ideas of other strikers you have had success with?

Primos has done a great marketing job with that striker & their kee kee(I think its called). I could sit here & tell you that I have for sell a striker designed & made just for each type of call.....................but I aint gonna lie to you. Each striker that there is will make ALL of the different types of calls on your call. The only thing different about them is some are easeir to do than others & its a personal preference as to what you like. Different woods will give you different sounds. I carry 3 strikers in my vest 1 a Cocobolo 2 Laminated 3 Acrylic.
Chuck just remember that there are tons of people out there that will make you think that you need one of everything from the sporting goods store to be a successful turkey hunter. The truth is you just have to be proficient at the basics for a turkey to commit suicide.

I love the 'cuttin striker by Primos'
I did call in turkeys ;which were scared away by another hunter.
I love this striker because...
1. makes awesome purring sounds
2, less effort in making all sounds ,thus did not need sanding my crystal during course of hunting
3. nicer sound than the striker that came with the Primos freak.
4.worth every penny
5.has built my calling confidence way up
