Turkeys noses

I know they don't smell hunters.
But do they smell food like corn and acorns and such.
Like can they find a corn pile by smelling it ?
Or can they find acorns by smelling them ?
Or do they just scrach and find them accident ?
Thank You

They probably scratch in likely places to find food. I see turkeys scratching around in field-spread cow manure in winter looking for undigested corn. I doubt they can smell the corn.

They Base there food Supply on Location & memory ....... Location comes from Wondering & elders teaching younger turkeys where food plots are & There eye sight Can see a corn field 200 plus yards away & other food plots... But mostly on Memory......As we all know As turkey hunters Fool a turkey once, But never fool same turkey twice( Memory ).......
