When does Pennsylvania season open

in Clinton County , Northcentral region, N of Rt 220? and can you still use either shotgun or rifle?Havent fall hunted for awhile... Thanks for your help...

Ron,That's area #3.The season runs from Nov.2 till Nov.23 You can use either shotgun or rifle.

I can't believe Pa still allows rifle for turkeys in the fall! What kind of challenge is that!
Nov 2 is the 1st day for northeast pa also..

Turk,I agree not much sport in usin a rifle on turkey.Callin em in is all the fun. A few years ago a guy asked me to sign a petition to ban rifle's for turks.He knew I didn't care for rifle's for turkeys but got a funny look on his face when I wouldn't sign.I told him,If every hunter tried to ban the type of huntin they didn't agree with there would soon be no huntin left.
