ITS ALL OVER!!!!!

well i headed out this morning for the last PA hunt of the spring ....
As i reported beforethere was a gobbler that roosts on the other side of the creek bottom from me uncles farm , and he is there EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!! well i got a late start and it was 515 when igot out of the car.. By the time i went to the bottom pasture which is about 250 yards away form the car , he had gobbled 20 some times , i lost count after 15 ... i setup in the bottom pasture hoping that he would fly over since the woods were thick and dark... i made a few soft clucks and yelps , and he would gobble everytime.... about 45 minutes later at 6 AM or so i heard him gobble , this time he was way up the hill on the other side of the stream , he flew uphill and was probaly in the small field in the middle of the woods..... I knew i had to take action so i got up , walked to the fenceline , and cut over the hill to where he roosts... I would call and he would gobble ... he was hott ... i closed within 75 yards and could see him strutting through the bushes.... i called softly and he worked in closer , at 60 yards he began to strut left to right , and did that back and forth for about 5-10 minutes... he then piveted and came straight at me at the sound of one soft cluck.... at this time i clicked off the safety , and got ready he came directly in to abot 30 yards but was behind a huge bush , at this time all i heard was a loud CLUCK and some putting , and he puffed down , and trotted directly away the way he had came in , not persenting a shot...
So the season is over for me , the birds r spooked now , and no sense in going out again now, maybe at like 10 or so ill hit the woods in a different spot.... but that is basically how my PA season has gone so far , MAYBE THIS FALL me and the " Tajamahal" gobbler will meet once again ...
He is called the "Tajamahal " gobbler becaus that is the name of the hallow he lives in , we dubbed it the TAJ halow becuase of a really big treestand we found in it that was all decayed and decrepide that was like the TAJAMAHAL of tree stands ... so we shall see this fall....
