RE: Rio Grande turkey hunt
Well I had one heckuva a great hunt this spring in the Texas Hill country booked thru Tim Herald of Grand Slam Outfitters.
The place was incredible! Great lodge (owned by a TV hunting celebrity) and lots of land with loads of turkeys. I got two limbhangers in two days. They will gobble all day long there.
He should be booking for next spring by now. Check him out online, I think it's GrandSlamHunts.com or something similar. Google it if you have to, it's worth every penny.

I second the hunt on Stone Ledge with Tim Herald. I hunted there in the second group. Here are the results:
The accomodations are top-notch for sure, as was the food. There were quite a few birds, but you really had to work for them.

Thundergut I sure worked for mine. I saw more turkeys than I've ever seen before tho. I got one each evening. Everytime the sun popped out the birds opened up pretty good. They came in gobbling and I got two limbhangers.
Jepcho I don't want to post the price here but I'll shoot you a PM.
