Check out Comp-n-Choke.com. If you order directly from the manufacturer you can trade choke sizes until you get the best for your gun. Winchester HV seems to be the best liked shells around, try some w/ #5 shot. With a scope added that should make one mean turkey gun.

Williams firesights are really good. I use a Hastings .690 choke, but know folks that like the Rhino (expensive!). Read posts on Nitrocompany shells. They are awesome in a 10 GA. (3 ounces of lead)
