I just sent mine back as I has having problems lighting it and keeping it lit. They were very nice about it and didn't give me a hard time.

Thanks Hawgnman, I'm VERY interested in getting one...... I only used my Therma Cell a couple of times so far but I can see how it would be very easy to forget about it and walk away....Thanks for the info.
