Okay, due to work and my father having to go to a weding, this weekend will be the last turkey hunt of the year for us. We went to Alabama for five days and got totaly skunked by those field turkeys. I got busted by the toms every which way possible. Had two really great chances though. Man it was fun.
Helped out the home/land owner clearing his land of under growth, for deer. Dug ditches and holes for trees and roses for his wife inbetween morning and afternoon hunts. When it was all said and done the land owner said we could come and hunt any time we wanted forever. Sweet.

Now, since the season is over down here in the southern part of the state, I was planing on taking him up to either: Zepheir hills or West green swamp area. We both have never been there but I've told him about all of your stories on this site. And that it's closer than driving all the way back to Osceola wild life management area up by the border of Georgia.
My father has hunted turkeys here in florida for six years with no luck but he loves the sport. Any ideas on which place would be better for a last shot two day hunt this weekend.
Thanks for any help.
