First turkey hunt, help on a call?
#2
I would recommend using a box call to get them in close, and then maybe a push-button call attached to your shotgun barrel. The push-buttons aren't as loud as the boxes; but at close range, keeping still is more important than being loud.
I'm just starting to experiment with different calls, so I can't really recommend anything. I do know that the M.A.D. Calls "Egg" push-button has a good sound and is very easy to use. I haven't gotten it yet myself, though.
