Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Easiest diphragm?

I'm just getting into turkey hunting and am trying to learn how to mouth call but I'm having a heck of a time. Right now I have a couple regular HS struts, and a tone trough as well a a primos doulbe diamond. IMO I sound like crap on all of them. I'm wondering if there is an easier call to master out there?

For me it was a single reed.

ya if your new to mouth calls. definately go with a single reed. it is easier to use. and practice and practice. you might have to mess w/ it for a while to get it to fit properly in your mouth. I've had to bend and cut them down to get a good fit.
good luck!!!

Trim the calls to fit your mouth. If you have a small mouth try the QuakerBoy Mini-Mags calls. They work really well.
