Hi guys: Wondering if anyone can start me out in the right direction on what load combinations to try in my new knight 2000 12ga. I have wanted to try one for the last couple of years now,and I finally went out and bought one.I'm looking forward to trying to take a tom with this smokepole.
I don't know a hole lot yet about blackpowder as this is my first gun in blackpowder. Any help would be welcomed. Thanks

Just about any mix you dump down your TK is going to come out pretty good, just be sure to use some kind of filler if you don't fill the shot cup all the way, ( check it by filling a shotcup by hand so you can see it ) some use corn meal, or regular shot buffer.
After some tinkering I have setteled in with a charge of 100 grains of FF, a Knight 3" shot cup, 2 5/8 oz of #6 Hevishot, and 2 over shot cards. Shoots a real nice pattern that packs a punch

Try what I use.110gr Prodex / fill a wad (3 1/2 ) with shot and cover. I use a #4 &#6 shot mix. I have had good results. play with it and have fun. not all gun shot the same
