turkey is back
hi,
just got one of my spring gobblers back.
19 lbs, 8 in. beard, and 3/4 spurs.
i been hunting turkeys for 23 years and have shot 25 gobblers and 5 hens.
my biggest one was a 22 1/4 lb, 10 5/8 beard and 1 in spurs. one side broke off and it is 1/2 in.i will post pictures when i get it. i shot this one on the last day at 8:15 am. light rain. i heard six different gobblers that morning.
all four of them gobbling their heads off. i can't wait for this spring.
