Any of you guys get a fall turkey yet?

only hunted saturday morning....my birds didnt roost where they did ever day i hunted the spot for squirrel and deer in the past...who knows why....dad thinks they are only there every few days and roost all over the big area to feed in all the diffrent places.....i kinda think hes right....maybe tomarow after school.....ill see what homework i have......if not thursday and friday me and dad are heading to the mountains to do some hunting and scout for deer and bear....mainly to scout but also looking for turks....were not too big into fall hunting.....it just seems so hard.....the birds are never where they were the day we locate them.....one day we might connect lol.......good luck

Harvested my first bird (jake) ever. While it wasn' t the largest bird I am grateful for being successful after 3 year trying. It was a great hunt I enjoyed with a couple of friends. I just got the camo stocks for my 870 and boy does it look nice! Can' t wait for spring!

i didn' t go hunting for turks. my friend however did and got a nice tom. Right now though im trying to learn to call and hope to get a bird this spring

We don' t have a fall season here in Ontario, so I don' t get to hunt in the fall. But I may head to buddy Jim' s before the season is over and kill his birds ...BT
