Default Western Colorado Turkey Advice

Taking my girlfriend out for her first Turkey hunt this weekend. I went and checked an Old spot I used to hunt on the San Juan National Forest near Cortez last weekend, but didn’t see much sign at all compared to what I used to see there. Place has always been hit or miss it seems.

Wondering if anyone can point me in a direction where we might get into some birds. Willing to go anywhere in Western Colorado, just want to get her into some birds.

Thanks
BH
