If the flock flies off from the roost in a different direction then you intended...you can wait for the gobbler to come back to check you out --- Or you can walk around in a semi-circle to get ahead of the flock for a chance at an intercept with a hen'ed-up gobbler --- Or just give up for the day on that gobbler, and come back another day when he's not hen'ed-up.
