Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Question Indiana Hunters

Anybody hunting southern Indiana having any luck? The birds have become down right difficult since the youth season ended. The pattern seems to be gobble like crazy while on the roost and when they first hit the ground, then nothing for the rest of the day. Just trying to get a feel for whats working for some of you who are done or still hunting.

Yes,same thing here.I'm seeing them every place but where I can legally hunt, strutting in fields all in my area but silent as a ghost once down or in the afternoon. If you don't see them or if they don't just happen to walk by it's tough hunting at this point.

Down at our place in Ohio county they will gobble early then they seem to be going quiet most of the day. May just have to try and pattern them and find the roost.
