Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Been looking at new decoys and just couldn't crack the wallet and spend $80 or 90 for one of the new hen decoys. So I grabbed an old one I had and bought $8 dollars on paint and this is what I have so far haven't finished the head. Think it will work?

As a fellow diy'r i say it looks awesome. Sometimes just sprucing up an old decoy can be the hot ticket! Looks good to me.

In my opinion, it looks great! Unfortunately, it's only the turkey's opinion that counts - let us know how it goes (and I bet it works every bit as good as an $80 decoy!)
