I use a 870 with an Indian Creek choke and 3.5inch and number 6, great pattern at 40 yards.

I use them. 40 yard pattern below. 278 inside 10 inches at 40.

I got a similar pattern using the hevi shot blend 3 1/2". Just amazing. Now if they could just get the price per shell down.
