Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

That is a good sounding call, and I am not sure that they make it any longer. I have never owned one myself, but one of my buddies I hunt with frequently has one and it sounds awesome! I looked for one last year with no success.

I purchase alot of my turkey and deer hunting stuff from Wings Supply.
They have great prices and great customer service.
I saw this Pot call from HS Strut, it is called the slate witch. Not sure if it is the same one you where looking for.

I like the 4 and 5 reed calls for cluck, cuts and raspyness. The double reed with thinner latex for keekee's and purrs. I can gobble with one but it is pretty pathetic.

I use the Zink Calls Lost Lady diaphragm for Kee Kee's. This call makes a realistic kee kee and is easy to run. As far as making the yelp, cluck, and pur, you shoul dbe able to make these with a triple reed v cut call. I use the X-Lady by Zink. I like the ability to call loud and soft with the same call.

I really like the Primos Diamond series calls. I almost exclusively use mouth calls.

BibleMan, I hunted in Wayne County TN a couple times and a store in Waynesboro sold Rocky Top calls there. I really liked the crystal pot call. I wish I had bought one while I was there.

Rocky Top makes some of the best calls in the woods...they just don't market enough to become as known as other brands. I have yet to hear one of their calls that sounded bad. They just make good stuff. I hunt a little in Wayne County. I live in Lawrenceburg which is in Lawrence County, the county to the east of Wayne County. The founder and owner of Rocky Top Game Calls lives in Lawrenceburg...very nice guy.

You can order their calls online. http://rockytopgamecalls.com/
"The Slam" is my personal favorite of their mouth calls. Extremely versatile.
