Why can't I enter the chat room?

I can when I am at home, but when I try to from my office, where there are no firewall issues, I am unable. Does anyone have an idea as to what could fix this issue?

Bible Man, make sure you have the correct Java and that it is enabled http://www.java.com/en/

one other thing is some companies firewall can block chat rooms
