Default help fast plz

Ok I was cleaning my diaphram call's and I was putting a tooth pick between the reads like ya'll said to....one of my call's I poked a hole in the latex on accident...will this ruin the call??I havent tried it yet cause I jUST cleaned it so any help at all!!

I had the same exact problem one year.... fortunately it did NOT effect my call. I have had calls "wear out" and the latex become loose, those calls did not work any longer and didn't sound like they were suppose to. It probably depends on how large the hole, and where it is. Best thing to do is try the call and if you are satisfied take it to the field. Good luck!

Isn't the point of the latex to just vibrate? So at that point as long as it still moves the way it should i would have to say yeah it'll still function. BTW can you show me exactly how you use the mouth calls? I get the concept of how they work just can't get them to work for me. LOL

Blow the call and make sure.. a hole can change the sound.When separating the latex do it under running warm not (hot)water.Forget the tooth pick..The small straws from a bar cut in quarters work much better to keep them apart.
