...Gobbling Hen....
Well ive been at this for 26 years, and this morning i watched a (HEN) gobble,
she would give three loud yelps, then a perfect little gobble, and she had two long
beards with her, look im for sure 100% percent she was a hen,i killed one of the
big toms with her,22lb 1 1/4 spurs,10 1/4 inch beard,,,but i have to say i have
seen it all,she did this act over and over again with her mate by her side until
i took the big tom,but every turkey in the woods would gobble, when she did
this act,has anyone seen this before??????...[8D]......

Yes, I seen the very same thing on Saturday. I watched her for two hours and she gobbled about twenty times. Its weird but here in INdiana we are allowed to kill bearde hens and she had a beard so my cousin shot her. 18lbs.
