I want to hunt NY this spring. Anyone have any info on some good public land? Or is it possible to get on private land? I dont expect anyone to tell me there hotspot.
Im just looking for a good starting point. Im thinking of running up this Friday and Saturday to scout. [/align]

Narrow is down a little bit...where in NY are you looking to hunt?
I'm in the southern part of the state...Dutchess/Putnam. If you are looking to come to this are, I can point you in the direction of some public areas that are known to have birds.
