At one time Carry-Lite made a full bodied hen decoy and Ihave two. They are hard plastic - Iuse them all the time when I want a laying hen in front of a Strutting Tom.

I bought mine from a Garage or rummage sale. Don't think they make them any more -

Hard bodied ecoys get no better than Dave Smith Decoys. They make an incredible Jake and Hen! [:-]

I have a flambeau hen decoy that is hard plastic. it is pretty old though. I think you may be hard pressed to find a decoy that is not soft.

Flambeu has actually introduced a brand new hard bodied flocked decoy just this year. It's available at Redhead/Bass Pro Shops for about $70.

I dunno if you personally classify this as soft, but take a look at the Primos B-Mobile

I use the B-mobile and she mobile. Both very light weight.. Rubber, not foam so they keep their shape. B-mobile looks amazing (especially with real fan). I have actually had a Tom take off flying to my decoy. Landed within 10 yrds.

They retail for around $80. But, you can pick it up under $60 if you know where to look.
