Let the count down.....
......for the 2009 season begin 
I hope everyone had a just as awesome season as I did ;D

My PA opening day Jake / 4 ¾” beard - 5/8” spurs
NH gobbler called in for a friend / 21lb - 9+ beard – 1” spurs (I think these stats are right)
My second day NH gobbler / 21lb - 8” beard - ¾” spurs
My VT gobbler / 20lb - 8” beard - 1 1/8” & 1 9/16” spurs
She messed up my VT hunt & paid the ultimate price for it! Shot less than 10ft away.
Last day VT Jake / 16lb - 4” beard - ½” spurs
My bearded hen on the last day of NY / 11lb - 7 ¾” beard

Congrats on a good season. I'll have all 3 of my kids turkey huntin next Spring so I'm pretty excited about it. However, there is the DEER SEASON to look forward to now. Get out the bow and the T/C and practice like crazy,..... October will be here before you know it. There is also the Fall Turkey season to look forward to now. Man, so much to do.... so little time!
