I start back with running every year usually in January until the season starts. However, I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and am supposed to be restricted from doing much of anything for 4 weeks. I was shoveling 30" of snow and " unsticking" my tractor after just 9 days of recovery! As soon as I' m able, I' ll get to it!
