RE: NWTF?
I have beena member for years. They are a great organization. Unlike some groups that mostly seem to just take up money the NWTF has worked hard for years to improve the range of wild turkeys in the USA. Theyare the reason they exist in huntable numbers in many places. Also through their Jakes program they work to getkids involved in turkey hunting. As mentioned by othersthey also put out a great magazine that isliterally worth the price of membership in my opinion. They have an excellent website that you can visit. Check it out.

RE: NWTF?
Being new to turkey hunting I'm thinking of joining as well. Last year I was invited on a Buckmaster's American Deer Foundation hunt for the disabled in VA. I had never won anything in my life but I won a muzzleloader that I thought was donated by the host of the hunt or Buckmasters. I just recently learned that the gun was donated by the local NWTF chapter . They do a lot of great things for the disabled through the Wheelin Sprortsman Program.
