Default Winchester Turkey Loads

hey guys i got a question for y'all. i haven't time to pattern my gun yet, so i'd like some opinions on these choke/shell combonations. i bought a box of Federal Flite Control 3 inch#5s, but i heardafterwardsthat they don't pattern well out of ported chokes, and my jellyhead choke is ported. so i went out and bought a box of Winchester Supreme 3 inch #6s to compare with the Federals. has anyone had experience with these shells? thanks guys

I used to shoot those shells except in the #5's. Shot 5 turkeys with them. Now that I got my new Mossberg 835, I shoot to its potential. I still use Winchester because I personally believe they make the best shells out there. I use Winchester Supreme Double-X 3 1/2" 2.25oz #5's. Works very well. Kicks very also haha.

I shoot the Winchester Supreme XX 3.5" #6's and they pattern the best out of my 870. The 3" #6's shoot as good as the 3.5", I can't tell the difference really, but I feel more manly when I get kicked with the 3.5"... LOL
My dad has shot the 3" #6's Winchesters for years and loves them.

Out of my Mossberg 835 with a X-full turkey choke I use the Winchester Supremes, 3.5" #5's, last year I took a TOM at 40yards

You have to try them to be sure there are so many combinations and sometimes identical set ups do not pattern the same.....
