Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Every year I plan my vacation times around Spring and Fall. I would give up the fall, but NEVER the Spring!

I used to take a week off for the spring season until a new supervisor denied my leave because we were short (which is always the case). EXTENDED LEAVE can't be denied though, so now I take 2 weeks every spring--and 3 weeks plus for bowhunting deer in the fall!!

I'm taking a week and half for WV and MD, 2 days for NY, 2 days for VT and 2 days plus weekends for here in NH. Spring time is the best!

I take vacation for the first week of the season, then maybe another day off here and there during the season. I also hit a few weekends. I have to drive 2 hours to the closest spot that I hunt and about 4 1/2 hours to my favorite area, so day trips are rare.
