I am relatively new to turkey hunting. I tried it a couple years ago and loved it. I am looking to buy a boxcall but there are so many options. Just looking for some advice on which call are the best... Thanks

Josh---I really like the box call & use it as my primary call.I like the Quaker Boy---"Old Grand Master"---it has worked well for 15 years on Colorado Merriams. I also use a Lynch---101 Fool Proof--one sider. It makes a nice yelp--real simple to use, I usually let my wife use it, to add something extra on a setup. CB

I use a mouth call always have. But, I understand some just can't catch on to them.
I am thinking being your new. Why not a Slate Call, They are easy to use and NO noise, Not as easy to break. The calls you mentioned I am sure are good and the right Turkey will come to a Soda Straw. However, you got to wrap them with a Cloth, are every step you take they will talk to you.
Just my 2 cents
