I used to shoot a 10Ga, but I went with a Rem super mag, alot lighter and shoots better also.

I tried the 10ga Gold for goose for a year but got tired of turning the little wheel to raise the gun barrel to shoot the planes down I replaced the heavy s.o.b. with a Binelli BE and use it to kill geese and gobblers. It's light and has the punch.

I use an SP-10 with a strut stopper tube and also Win HV #5 with great results. For long hauls a carry my A390 with a .650 rhino.

10point- I hope to be living in your state in the next couple of months, I'm going back into the Air Force and hope to get stationed at Wright-Pat to be closer to the in-laws. Lets hook up for some ducks and geese this fall

I was a 10 gauge shooter. Now I'm a former 10 gauge shooter.I really don't see the sense in it myself.Too heavy and kick too hard.

Yep,right here 10 point!I've shot an Ithica Mag 10 since 83!Fox,bobcat,coyote,ducks and geese besides turks have made the mistake of lookin down that dark hole of this boomer! Yaa theres lighter, tighter, and all that other stuff out there but I'm one for not trying to fix something that aint broke!Performance is what keeps me shootin it,and the confidence that I've developed from that over the years keeps me from lookin for something else.Weight has never been an issue with me,thats why I have a comfortable sling, and maybe because I'm still young (37)!Recoil with this gun aint squat to me,in fact my wife and son both will shoot it.2 1/4 ounces of 6% antimony #4 lead at almost 1300fps is my own reload and needless to say is about as ethical as it comes, puts them to sleep quite nicely!

10point- I should know something in the next month or two if I'm getting stationed there or not. If I do and there is time and you want to tag a Tennessee bird let me know, I have several places to take one. Also, I have a couple of honey holes at LBL which is on the Tennessee/Kentucky border and not very far from Dayton.
