With the economy as bad as I keep hearing, you would think companies would be trying to fill every order they get. I ordered a Winchester 1300 black shadow from my local gun shop and he is having a hard time finding the gun. I live in Virginia and have found it on a site in North Carolina but can't buy it .My shop owner is a great guy and told me if he can't get it, I could buy it and have it shipped to him to make everything legal. Of course, It costs more from the NC store but it may be my only option.Any of you guys know where I can find this gun. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!

couple of options...

1) Gun show in Salem this weekend. Might find one there.

2) http://www.gunbroker.com Find a new one on there and win the auction, then have your gun dealer friend do the transfer. Most stores will charge $25.00 to do a transfer.

3) Check with some other stores in your area and if it gets bad enough, you can always order it from wally world.
