Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Clear sounding box calls

What do you think the clearest sounding box call is, and do you think for clear sounds a pushpin call is better?

I have heard from a couple of different people that pushpin calls are good for a season or two but then they get worn out but the box calls I am not sure about

Of the dozens of box calls I have played with, I would have to say tha poplar box made by Doug Camp is the clearest I've ever heard. Not much rasp but has a good rollover. Nice clear sounding call.Carry that one with me on all my hunts.

Well thanks for helping me spend 100.00, not only did I buy the Unfair Advantage with Southern red cedar sides, black walnut bottom and end blocks, and a cherry lid, I also bought the Screemin Hen rather than the Ol Boss Hen. Next time ignore my questions. Thanks
