Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default RE: Full Strut Decoys

I have to concur with IL-Cornfed! I used a Pretty Boy and Girl decoy for the first time this year and it worked just like Knight and Hale advertise it.

I had a Mature bird cross a swollen stream and charge the decoy on a dead run. Before I could get my bow in my hand the gobbler was kicking the ___ out of Pretty Boy. When I came to full draw the gobbler was standing on the decoy, which was now laying on its side, facing me at 10 yrds.

I managed to get a shot after the gobbler did a victory strut around the downed Pretty Boy decoy.

I've usedother decoys with somesuccess, but never have I seen such a display as what I witnessed that morning hunting in northern MO. I would recommend anyone inclined to try a decoy for turkey hunting givea Full Strut Decoy a try -if you only have one hunt which results in a gobbler charging and attacking the decoy it will be worth it!
