Default How do I cook It?

Ok guys this is really my 1st year turkey hunting and I have meat from 3 turkeys already, and My question is whats the best way to cook it? I have heard to fry it but what do you guys use to bread it..?? Any special recipes?

Well if I fry them as a whole,I usually injected a marinade and/or put a good homemade rub on it.

If I breast it out, then I will usually use the meat in place of chicken. For example: the last dish that I used it in was a stirfry that I usually use chicken in. I have also been know to bread them like I would pork chops and fry them, but I'm not big into eating that kind of fried food so I haven't done that in a long time.

how can i cook it at the camp? i just made another post about this and I wouldnt have made it if i would have saw this one. i have a little propane grill...can i breast them out and cook it that way? thanks

I just put the breasts in a small pyrex, and poura can of apple sauce right over it, and mix some salt, pepper and rosemary into the sauce. Cover and bake. You won't be let down.

And yes, I did say "apple sauce."
