just wondered what choke people are using for their novas?? Thinking about buying one.

nobody shoots a nova?? HMM

I bought a new Nova this year and I havent found a choke Im satisfied with yet. Tried three different chokes & 3 different shells. None seem to pattern well.
The best one so far is the full choke that came with gun. Had trouble with the 2 turkey chokes I tried Primos tight wad & my brothers turkey choke out of his Stoeger. They swelled up after shooting a shell through them had trouble getting them out of gun & there is no way I can get them back in. I was shooting Winchester & Federal turkey loads 3 inch 5 shot.

been shootin one since they come out 24in barrel. with a scope...the undertaker does good and the primos jelly head,too.win supremes 3 and halfs 4 shot.killed em out to 57 yds, good turkey gun will shoot better,,or hang with anythingout there with no problem..

Anyway I have a Nova, tried three tubes.
Undertaker, Tru-Glo Gobble stopper and a Carlson.
The Carlson was head and shoulders above the other two.
The Undertaker was head and shoulders the worst!
