Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Oregon Turkey Hunting Regs.. ??

I'm a having a hard time finding the turkey hunting regs for Oregon. Do any of your Oregonian's have a link to where I can view them? I've been searching the net for some time now. When does the season start there?... Thanks..

I do not know but I hear theres lots of birds around Roseburg.Did you try www.dfw.state.or.us? In Turkey Call Mag. it says season dates are 4/15-5/31.

I got to tell you, Oregon F&G hides it well, but I think this link will give you the info you're looking for.

http://www.dfw.state.or.us/resources/hunting/upland_bird/regulations/birdregs.pdf

There is a lot more helpful info in their site as well. Like the highest density of birds. From there, I guess you'd have to find a public place to hunt.

Thanks guys... I never looked in the upland bird regulations, since turkeys aren't upland birds. Maybe Oregon will come around some day, lol.. I have about 68,000 of private land to hunt so I think I'm set there.
