RE: Team 3 "Grave Diggers"

Looks like I'm the first PA guy to check in here. Started runnin and gunnin at 10 and at 10:30 had him on the ground. 19.5pd 11in beard 1'' spurs. I hunted this bird last yr and had 2 encounters with him but today was the first time I had him ''1 on 1''. According to the calculator he is worth 61.5 points. Hope the rest of u had a successful first day. Also called in a jake at 7:15 for my dad who is a veteran turkey hunter but has many things that work against him so we both left the woods happier about the other ones turkey than our own if that makes sense.

Congrats to you and your dad! I came home from my hunt a day early. All last evening and all day today and not a sight or sound of a bird. I think things are over here in my neck of the woods.

i just wanted to say that my B-Mobile decoy is gonna be out there doing his thing. My grampa is taking his video camera so i will hopefully be able to get a bird on film. If i get one early, i am gonna go to the truck and get my bow and try one on film with the bow. I will put it up on the net if things work out.

Nice Job Remington! That is a great NY bird! You didn't waste any time!
I took his brother opening day of NY in New Lebanon...! :)
20lb 14 oz
13/16" & 15"16" Spurs
9" Beard.
Scores 56.375 for the team.

He had a HUGE Melon on him... largest head on any turkey I've taken!

Yesterday's Massachusetts bird will have to be my official team entry. I highly doubt I'll get another bigger than either of these in MA or NY in the next couple of weeks.

I busted one too guys! we are doing great.
9" beard, 1" spurs, 21#. Wish I had a 2nd tag. My season was all of 3 hours long. I hope to get my dad out at least once or twice to call for him.

Mine had a huge noggin too. It was wild. I'll have pics later this evening.
