Im not sure how to do a gobble on a diaphragm call, but I just like to use a regular gobble call. All you have to do is shake it and it does all the work for you.
I must say, with all these diaphragm how-to posts, Ive really improved and am looking forward to using mine for the very first time this season!

i'll have to give it a try. i knew i had read somewhere that people could do it with a diaphragm but i'd never seen anyone explain it.
Rd, i make gobbles on tube calls by saying "Tuk-tuka-tuka-tuka"
the first "tuk" is a louder one note sound, and the tuka tuka tuka is done rapidly. it is hard to explain but keep playing around with it and you'll get it.

For years I always gobbled on a mouth call shakin my head back and forth as mentioned above. Then I learned a much easier way.I actually learned it here but can't remember who explained it.While blowin out on the call.Place the webbing between your thumb and fore finger in your mouth and move your hand up and down really fast.Hope I explained that so everyone can understand what I mean.
