Anybody turkey hunt'n this weekend?
I AM!!!! Don't mean to rub it in to those of you up north in the freeze, but my season starts this weekend. Saturday thru Tuesday, will post my results, should be good. We will also be filming the hunts this year, wish me luck!

No really, good luck out there this weekend. I just got my tags today. I'm flying over to the big Island on Mar 8. Gettin' the itch real bad! There was a 70ac fire near one of my spots, and early reports are that the turks have been hitting the green shoots thatcame up after recent rains.
The most exciting part is the access to some privateranchland. The owner asked me to bring some slugs to remove a pig or two from his place too. Adouble turkey & tusker combo would make a great hunt. I'm a cameramn guy as well, for a local public channel hunting show, HawaiiSportsman TV

16 days til the combo turkey hunt in SC and st. Patty's in Savannah trip.
Glad the hunting is coming first, otherwise I might not be able to get up.
