Default red dot or low power scope with cross hairs

just wondering which one ya'll think is better for turkey hunting and for fast target acquisition? plus how long do the batteries last in a red dot.

well what would be fastest would be a bea dor fiber optic sights but if it was between those to i would say the red dot those seem really good thats what i see alot of people use

i personaly like red dot scopes. since there is unlimited eye relief they are in focus wherever your head is so you dont have to move as much. the only thing is you have to remember to turn them on.

Personally I like scopes, I have Bushnells scope with cross hairs and the center circle. I've hunted with guys with red dot who either forgot to turn on when the time was right or forgot to turn them off while float calling and had dead batteries...either way, I don't want the possibilities of failure on the reddot....the scope is always on and always there. That's only my preference.
