tom and decoy
would a tom walk away if i call him and he cant see the decoys? because that happend to me first day of season i had 2
my dad and i were waiting for them 2 get closer to the decoys to shoot but we waited to long and they just left so what should i do? thanks

Nope...millions have been killed without decoys....I would bet he walked off because he is either decoy shy, he saw either you or you dad move, he knows that hens should come to him or excessive calling...

They possibly could of seen real hens out and about that you couldn't
see. I think sometimes they just have some place they want to go to.
If you can set up where they went off to... go there.
I doubt decoy shy the first day of the season.
