A buddy of mine just bought one. I played with it for a while and I like the way it sounds. It sounds like a box call and will do anything a box call will; it just doesn't take up as much space. That little plastic piece helps you cut with it. It'll call a turkey.

I had a guy demonstrate one for me at the turkey expo here in arkansas this year and it sounded like a great call, ive just never use one. I stick to pot friction calls.
