That is something you will have to figure out by trying out different
brands and sizes. One will pattern good in a certain shotgun and not
as good in another shotgun.

What Load do ya'll think is best for a 3 in. 20 gauge. Turkey SuperFull choke. Thanks.
I use a Mossberg® Mdl 500C 20ga with a Hastings® Super Full Extnded Choke Tube (#I20570). My son uses a Winchester® 20ga pump with the same exact choke tube. (Within gauge Browning Invector®, Mossberg®, Savage®, SKB®, Weatherby®, and Winchester® are fully interchangeable).

My son & I both use 20ga pump guns. We've had the best success with Federal® Grand Slam 1 5/16oz and Remington® Hev•Shot 1¼oz #5 & 6 shot. My son's gun patterns the Federal load with #5 shot the best; better than the Hevishot #5 or 6. Conversely, in my gun; the Federal #6 load patterns the best, even better (albeit by only a pellet or two) than Remington® Hevi•Shot. Neither of us have success with #4 shot of any type for turkey hunting with our 20ga guns. (With Hevi•Shot however, it's pure death to mallardswith IC choke to 50 yds!).

Depending on your gun & load youmay be able to take a gobbler to 40 yds. Start patterning @ 30yds with different loads & chokes. Take the best of those experiments & gradually work back to 40yds. You may (or may not) however find a good 40yd load.

Once you have what works then pattern at CLOSE RANGE: 5, 10, 15, 20, & 25yds. It's a whole new ball game when you have a gobbler in your sights at 35yds & one slips between you at 5-10yds!
